Kicks4Kids is a community/JustServe outreach event for underserved families and students in the City of Mesa, which is hosted by Living Word Bible Church. We want each student to leave feeling excited about kicking off their 2025-2026 school year! This year, we hope to sign up 200 students for this event and need your help! Each student (Kindergarten to 12th grade) that is registered will receive a backpack with school supplies, a pair of brand new sneakers in their size, a free hair cut (if desired) and breakfast the morning of the event.

In order to meet our goal of serving 200 students, we need help with collecting brand new sneakers, school supplies and backpacks.
If you would like to help donate supplies for this event, you can volunteer by clicking this JustServe link, https://www.justserve.org/signin?redirect=/projects/0617dab3-63a2-49f9-9c22-d53213f8bfd5 which will send you to a VOLUNTEER button then to an Amazon gift registry developed to provide specific supplies for each child. All of the donations will be sent directly to Living Word Church to organize for the kicks4kids event.
Drop-off boxes for school supply donations will also be available at Living Word locations should you prefer to procure donations outside of the registry.
Donations need to be gathered and brought to Bruce and Mary Kiene residence (2915 E Hale St) or the the Living Word Church lobby by 1 pm this Sunday July 20.
